Every child deserves comfort, encouragement, and a reason to smile. At Every Child Pediatrics, many of the children we serve are facing challenges far beyond a routine doctor's visit. Some are experiencing homelessness, family instability, financial hardship, trauma, or uncertainty about where they will sleep that night.
That's why we created Stuffies for Every Child.
Together, we'll build 1,000 stuffed animals that will be hand-delivered by our providers to children across our clinics throughout the year. A cuddly stuffed animal may seem simple, but for a child receiving a vaccine, navigating a difficult diagnosis, visiting a homeless shelter clinic, or experiencing a stressful moment, it can provide comfort, security, and a sense of being seen and cared for.
This event offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with a child in need—without stepping into a clinic. Every stuffed animal created becomes a tangible reminder to a child that their community cares about them.
Our Big Goal
Build 1,000 stuffed animals for vulnerable children across Colorado.
Each one will be distributed through Every Child Pediatrics clinics and programs, bringing comfort, courage, and joy to children who need it most.
What to Expect
No experience required. No sewing required. Just bring your heart.
You'll:
- Stuff and assemble adorable stuffed animals
- Add finishing touches and personalize each creation with care
- Hear inspiring stories from providers serving children on the front lines
- Help sort and prepare the finished stuffies for delivery to our clinics
By the end of the event, you'll see the incredible impact of what a community can accomplish together.

Why It Matters
At Every Child Pediatrics, we believe every child deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their circumstances, insurance status, or ability to pay.
We provide a medical home for children facing complex life situations and care for thousands of children enrolled in Medicaid, as well as many who are uninsured. We never turn a child away.
The stuffed animals created during this event become tools of comfort and connection. Our providers use them to ease anxiety, celebrate milestones, build trust, and bring moments of joy to children who may be experiencing some of life's most difficult challenges.
